🎉Filipino National fluent in Korean and English

Responsibilities:
🎉Assist clients in software and hardware related concerns through email, chats and calls with the use of supported scripts and procedures

🎉Escalate concerns as necessary to achieve customer satisfaction
🎉Must be updated with the current process and should be knowledgeable in providing resolutions to specific concerns
