Position: IT Team Leader
Industry: Ink Manufacturing
Location: FPIP, Tanauan, Batangas
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: Php 22,000 - Php 25,000 gross
Work Setup: Onsite

Job Requirements:
• Degree in Information Technology or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing company
• Knowledge of network infrastructure implementation, administration, and troubleshooting
• Experience in LAN/WAN technologies
• Familiarity with Claris FileMaker or Microsoft Access is a plus

Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage client PCs and servers
• Develop databases using FileMaker
• Oversee network maintenance
• Lead system development, deployment, and support
• Monitor team performance and provide training as needed
