Company Profile: An international press molding and manufacturing company specializing in the production and sale of metallic press molds.

Position: Mold Die Maintenance Team Leader
Industry: Plastic Injection Manufacturing
Location: Bataan
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Overtime and night shifts available)
Salary: Php 20,000 - Php 25,000 gross
Work Setup: Onsite

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering-related field
• At least 1 year of experience in mold or die maintenance
• Experience in a manufacturing company
• Ability to ensure smooth and reliable operation of industrial machinery
• Willing to work in Bataan

Job Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor press and other machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair press machinery malfunctions
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning
• Adjust machinery settings for product accuracy
• Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
