JOB REQUIREMENTS
✨Filipino who fluent in speaking, reading and writing Thai
✨Thai National in Philippines
✨Bachelor’s Degree graduate
✨Knowledgeable in ServiceNow and Basic Troubleshooting
✨With IT Helpdesk Experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Handling customer technical support cases through phone, email and chat
✨Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
✨Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled
✨Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
