Position: Korean Customer Support Specialist
Industry: IT Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 120,000 Monthly
Schedule: Shifting 2 days off
Responsibilities:
🟢Responsible for dealing with customer’s complaints and queries.
🟢Communicate with the customer through Live Chat, outbound calls, emails, and other authorized communication tools
🟢Responsible for coordinating with the Payment Team regarding customers pending transactions such as deposits and withdrawal
🟢Update records in the system
Requirements:
🟢Fluent Korean language
🟢Open for Basic English speakers
🟢Experience in customer service is an advantage
🟢Amenable to work in Makati
🟢Bachelor’s degree in any field
