Position: Japanese HR Manager
Industry: Japanese BPO Travel company
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php50,000 - Php70,000 gross
Shift: 9:00 AM -6:00PM (Day shift) Monday-Friday
Work set-up: HYBRID SET UP(Upon regularization)

Requirements:
🧨Filipino who can speak Japanese
🧨Open to JLPT N1, N2, N3 Passer or Level (No certification required)
🧨Handling employees at least 50 to 100 Staff
🧨Bachelors graduate is a must
🧨Graduate in Human Resource, Business Administration or any related course
🧨50 % English and 50% Japanese communication
🧨With Experience in recruitment, Onboarding and Interviews
🧨Willing to work onsite in Makati

Duties and responsibilities:
✨Responsible for managing the HR department and offering strategic HR insights.
✨Monitor and assist with all HR-related issues, questions, and requests, both internal and external.
✨Manage to coordinate with employees concerns and inquiry
✨Maintaining collections of different employee information and creating reports on general HR assessments.
✨Developing and managing the HR operation effectively and Improvement and maintenance
