JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor degree holder of any related course.
✨ At least 5-8 years of work experience in end-to-end recruitment.
✨ Experience in recruiting jobs related to bank, finance and investement.
✨ Experience in working intyhe same industry is an advantage
✨ Open to work in a mid-shift schedule.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Establish and understand recruiting requirements
✨Meet SLAs and metrics as agreed with key stakeholders and give regular update to resourcing.
✨Use available monitoring tools to measure progress and effectiveness of recruitment strategies implemented for assigned searches.
✨Execution of recruitment programs and strategies.
✨The role involves executing recruitment programs and strategies.
