Position: Railway Foreman
Company Industry: Construction
Work Location: Holy Spirit QC
Work Schedule: Shifting
Salary: Php 30,00-35,000 (negotiable)
Work Set Up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• Experience in railway maintenance, construction, or a similar role
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of railway safety protocols, maintenance procedures, and regulations
• Ability to operate railway maintenance equipment and tools
• Experience in installation of JB, IB, ESM, PF box, MT boxes and Signals
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise railway maintenance, repair, and construction crews
• Ensure compliance with railway safety regulations and operational guidelines
• Conduct routine inspections of railway tracks, signals, and equipment
• Coordinate with engineers, dispatchers, and management for smooth operations
• Maintain records of work progress, workforce schedules, and safety reports
