Position: Japanese Bridge Software Engineer
Company Industry: IT Company
Work Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 80,000 – Php 120,000 (Still Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Monday -Friday (9:00 am – 6:00 pm (PST)
Work Set-up: Hybrid Work Arrangement

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open for Japanese nationals located in the Philippines with permanent residence
Filipino national with JLPT N1 and N2 certificate
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information system, or any related course
Has a Good technical background in development
At least 1 year of experience as a Bridge Software Engineer or in a similar role.
Proficient in technical writing and documentation.
Familiarity and understanding of software development lifecycles
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicating with clients to collect their requirements, offer guidance, and answer project-related questions.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering open communication and trust.
Report on project progress.
Attending meetings with clients and developers to share progress, solve problems, and adjust plans as needed.
Manage and process emails and customer communications.
Follow up and ensure project progress.
