Position: Japanese Senior Front-End Engineer
Company Industry: IT Company
Work Location: Pasig City
Salary: Php 120,000 - Php 150,000 gross
Work Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | 10:00 AM -7:00 PM
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, Philippine public holidays.
Work Set-up: Hybrid (WFH: Mon & Fri | Office work: Tue, Wed, Thur)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✿ Open to Filipino nationals Fluent in Japanese and English
✿ Open to Passer or Non – Passer in N1 Level
✿ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course
✿ Has an Experience for 3 years above in Software Development
✿ Has an experience or background in leadership or people management.
✿ Knowledgeable in using UI/UX
✿ Can Start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✿ Prioritize, delegate, and accomplish multiple projects, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve common problems.
✿ Lead and manage a team of front-end engineers
✿ Attending remote meetings with the client to discuss the progress of the product.
✿ Source code review and technical problem solving
✿ Manage project progress, prepare estimates, and control quality.
✿ Finding bugs, understanding the reasons for them, and instructing the team on how to fix them.
✿ Collaborate with the project team to clarify questions or issues within the design or product workflow.
