JOB DETAILS :
Company Profile: A multinational BPO company delivering technological and business solutions to their clients.
Position: Mandarin Product Manager
Company Industry: Multinational Consulting Company
Work Location: Mckinley, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule
Salary: Php 105,000-Php 110,000
Work Set Up: Hybrid setup
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
✅Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
✅Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, project management, or a related field.
✅Having 8 years of experience in artwork management, packaging, or project management within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
✅Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment across multiple functions (marketing, R&D, sourcing, design external agencies and operations)
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✅Led and oversaw multiple packaging artwork projects from design through to print package.
✅Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
✅Manage feedback loops, consolidating inputs to minimize iterations and maintain efficiency.
✅Sets agenda, and clearly defines cross-functional responsibilities from project start to completion.
✅Act as a mentor/coach for associate artwork project managers and project coordinators.
