Company Profile: A multinational BPO company delivering technological and business solutions to their clients.
Position: Mandarin Marketing Manager
Company Industry: Multinational Consulting Company
Work Location: Mckinley, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule
Salary: Php 75,000-Php 85,000 Basic
Work Set Up: Hybrid setup
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
✅Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
✅Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, project management, or a related field.
✅Having 10+ years of experience in artwork management and packaging within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment with 6 years of experience leading a team.
✅Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment across multiple functions (marketing, R&D, sourcing, design external agencies and operations)
✅Proven experience in managing end-to-end processes of artwork, printing, and digital asset creation in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) environment
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✅Overseeing end-to-end project management of packaging artwork delivery, continuously driving packaging artwork excellence.
✅Led and oversaw multiple packaging artwork projects from design through to print package.
✅Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (marketing, design, R&D, regulatory, supply chain) and external stakeholders (agencies, printers, suppliers).
✅Identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays in the artwork development process and implement solutions to mitigate them.
✅Manage feedback loops, consolidating inputs to minimize iterations and maintain efficiency.
✅Act as a mentor/coach for associate artwork project managers and project coordinators.
