📌Position: German Customer Success Manager
📌Industry: American Cyber Security Company
📌Location: BGC, Taguig City
📌Salary: Highly Negotiable
📌Schedule: Nightshift
📌Set-up: Work Onsite for 6 months
Requirements:
✅Open to German National with Permanent Visa
✅Must have work experience as German Customer Success Managers
✅Can do account management of clients
✅Experience in handling client profiles and portfolios
✅Has experienced business reviews
✅4 year course in any field preferably Engineering or IT courses
✅Must have B2B experience handling IT products
Responsibilities:
✅Can handle conferences with stakeholders and partners online
✅Handle client client portfolios
✅Ability to manage account thru constant meetings via call or via chat/email
✅Handle renewal of client company agreements
✅Handle retention and renewal of contracts
✅Attend meetings with partners and clients when needed
✅Handle all concerns, escalation and request of clients
