Requirements of Job Application:
✅Open to Filipinos and Foreigners who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin and English.
✅Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or Equivalent;
✅Knowledge of the entire accounting process.
✅FRESH GRADUATES of Accounting, Finance, or Business-related courses.
✅Proficient in Excel Spreadsheet development, including the ability to create formulas and schedules.
✅Basic level and some experience in Office Tools (Knowledge, experience, and application of MS Office tools, other project tools, Visio).
✅Knowledge of accounting systems (SAP)

Responsibilities of the Job:
✅Verifies invoices, analyses costs, and itemizes expenses
✅Reconciles and clears transactions within the AP sub-ledger
✅Performs month-end vendor posting and error resolution
✅Provides audit support and answer audit queries about processes handled.
✅Submits monthly internal control evidence
✅Responsible for the delivery of certain assigned tasks: daily business operations and performing accounting procedures related to transactional accounting (Accounts Payable)
✅Invoice Handling and Monitoring:
✅Check/verification of FI Invoices received
✅Determination of FI Approval flow (user key)
✅Monitoring invoices; Check/Processing of invoices in Error.
✅Performs cost allocation for customs shipping invoices.
