REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
✅Open to high schools, Undergraduates, and Degree holders.
✅Open to no related work experience.
✅Having CSR experience is a big advantage.
✅Having BPO experience is a big plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:

✅Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
✅Communicating with customers through various channels.
✅Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
