This shopping website is highly used by customers who are into fashion. The high-end brands are the top products of this company. The shopping app posts luxury brands of shoes, bags, and even clothes.
Position: Mandarin Luxury Customer Advisor
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Salary: Php 100,000 Package
Work Set-up: Work onsite
Requirements of the Job:
✅Can speak, read, and write in Mandarin and English.
✅Candidate must have completed at least 2 years in College or possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
✅At least 6 months to 1 year (s) of Customer Service experience in the BPO industry
✅Conscientious when dealing with customer data
✅Proactive, good organizational skills and time management
✅Competence in styling and good knowledge of high-end fashion brands.
Responsibilities of Job Application:
✅Mandarin Customer Advisor is responsible for support services for international premium clients' concerns regarding the order process.
✅Answering to customer requests or concerns regarding the luxury brands of shoes, bags, and even clothes (phone calls and emails)
✅Mandarin Customer Advisor is responsible for suggesting styles, shopping, and selecting key - pieces of the current season up to the completion of whole looks
✅Close coordination with our Payment, Warehouse, and Shipping departments.
