JOB DETAILS :
COMPANY PROFILE: One of Forbes top companies. It is an American company offering advertising platforms allowing customers to post advertisements and product listings. This company offers one of the most powerful tools to brand and provide marketing products and services.
Position: Japanese BPO Manager
Company Industry: Advertising Company
Work Location: Quezon City
Salary: Php 165,000 Monthly
Breakdown: P 100,000 basic + 65,000 Allowance
Work Schedule: Dayshift (Monday - Friday)
Work Set-up: Fixed Dayshift (8 am to 5 pm) | 5 days a week only and fixed Saturday and Sunday off
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🍀 Can speak, read, and write Japanese Language
🍀 Must be Filipino who speak Japanese
🍀 Experience in Sales or digital marketing is great advantage
🍀 NO JLPT required (open to non-JLPT passers)
🍀 Must be able to speak Conversational English
🍀 Sales, cross-selling, and up-selling experience is a big advantage
🍀 Willing to work onsite to handle the operations
🍀 Experience in Sales and digital marketing
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🍀 In charge of managing the entire operations of the account
🍀 Manage the team of Japanese-speaking customer service specialist
🍀 Create weekly reports and submit for management reference
🍀 Manages the daily operations of the office
🍀 Ensure that the center is complying with industry and regulatory standards
🍀 Coordinate with Business leaders for proposals
🍀 Become the main bridge between upper management and employees
