Position: Japanese Team Leader
Company: American Digital Media
Industry: Shared Service Philippines
Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Php 100,000 to Php 120,000
Work arrangement: Work from home and Hybrid set up
Work from home permanently after 6 months of onsite Training

Requirements:
❄️ Filipino who is JLPT N1 Passer or Japanese national with PH recognition
❄️ Candidate who speaks Japanese like a Native (N1 is preferred but not required)
❄️ Has experience supervising and leading employees
❄️ Has work experience in BPO, Contact Center, Shared Services or Japanese Company
❄️ College Undergraduates or Undergraduates can apply
❄️ Ability to manage a team of CSRs
❄️ Can start after 30 to 60 days or ASAP
❄️ Can handle a pioneer account or new Japanese team
❄️ Strong organizers of tasks and projects and respectful leaders are needed

Duties and responsibilities:
❄️ Supervising a team of Japanese customer service representatives and service desks
❄️ Handle the day to day tasks of the team including schedules and work force
❄️ Ensure performance metrics of all Japanese TEAM are met and delivered
❄️ Responsible for fostering a collaborative and high-performing team
❄️ Responsible for coaching and training Japanese speaking members
❄️ Identify training needs and ensure teams have the appropriate tools to deliver the job,.
❄️ Use Japanese language in coordination with top Management and stakeholders
❄️ Coach, Train and mentor the Japanese speaking employees
