Position: Vietnamese Customer Support (5 Heads Needed)
Industry: IT- BPO Company
Salary: Php 60,000- Php 85,000 Monthly
Schedule: 5 days per week (Shifting schedule)
Location: Makati City
Worksetup: Work onsite

Job Requirements:
✅Vietnamese national can speak in English
✅willing to relocate or in the Philippines
✅No Experience required
✅Open to Undergraduates
✅With experience is a plus but not required

Job Responsibilities:
✅ Responding to customer’s questions via phone and/or live chat
✅ Maintaining and updating customers’ accounts
✅ Responding to customers’ complaint, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solutions to the customer
✅Collecting and analyzing customer’s feedback for service improvement.
