COMPANY PROFILE: It is an American outsourcing company that provides Information management, customer service management to its clients. Information support is not limited to business support systems. The company also handles communications, technology, retail, financial services, government markets and healthcare.
Position: Spanish Service Desk Analyst
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 85,000 gross
Work Schedule: Night Shift Schedule
Work Set-up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤Proficient in Spanish and English Language
➤Foreign National who has a permanent visa in the Philippines
➤Must have 1-year SPANISH BPO VOICE experience (REQUIRED)
➤Knowledgeable in Computer application
➤Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
➤Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
➤Willing to work onsite in Quezon City and must be amenable to start ASAP
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤Providing assistance to customer inquries via emails, calls and messages.
➤Install and configure hardware and software, including operating systems
➤Test and evaluate new technologies and perform electrical safety checks
➤Prepare a complete and accurate report on the issues received
➤Perform other related tasks needed
