JOB DETAILS :
( 5 months project based)
This is one of the fastest growing online shopping in the Philippines. This E-commerce platform is known to ship products and items anywhere around the globe. This global Online Shopping firm shared services is hiring for Japanese speakers due to influx of customers orders needed to be shipped this season.
Position: Japanese Online Shopping helpdesk
Fastest Growing E-Shopping in the Philippines
Salary: P 70,000 to P 80,000
Project Based for 5 month only (has chance to be permanent employee)
Account: Shipping and Delivery
Schedule: 5 days a week (Sat and Sunday off)
Fixed Day time
This is located in near Mall of Asia, Pasay
Start Date; May 2025
Requirements:
✔️ Filipino who is fluent in Japanese Language
Can speak read and write Japanese level (around N3, N2, N1 but JLPT not required)
✔️ NO JLPT certificate needed
✔️ Open to candidates with or without work experience
✔️ Having customer service background is a big advantage
✔️ Open to high school graduate and undergraduate
✔️ Open to candidate who are willing to work for 5 Months and can be regularized if good performance.
✔️ Candidate who can coordinate with customers via email and chat mostly
✔️ Candidate who is willing to extend great customer service to Japanese customers
Duties and Responsibilities:
✔️ Answer delivery inquiries via email and chat about packages
✔️ Update Japanese customer about their package location and status
✔️ Provide shipping guaranteed arrivals and turd around times
✔️ Answer inquiries about shipping rates, rates per size and per location
✔️ Answer shipping options, International shipping and bulk delivery
✔️ Customers are from Japan and Japanese globally
✔️ Provide return status if the package was not successfully delivered
