Position: Mandarin Customer Service Specialist
Company Industry: BPO Company (Financial Services Account)
Work Location: Pasig City
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set Up: Work On-site
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
✅Open to high schools, Undergraduates, and Degree holders.
✅Open to no related work experience.
✅Having CSR experience is a big advantage.
✅Having BPO experience is a big plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✅Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
✅Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
✅Communicating with customers through various channels.
✅Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
✅Ensure excellent customer service through quick and effective actions to solve the client’s issues.
✅Keep every customer engaged with a direct and friendly touch.
✅Handle sensitive customer data with utmost care and confidentiality.
