Position: Vietnamese Customer Support (5 Heads Needed)
Industry: IT- BPO Company
Salary: Php 60,000- Php 85,000 Monthly
Schedule: 5 days per week (Shifting schedule)
Location: Makati City
Worksetup: Work onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS :
✨Vietnamese national can speak in English
✨willing to relocate or in the Philippines
✨No Experience required
✨Open to Undergraduates
✨With experience is a plus but not required

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Responding to customer’s questions via phone and/or live chat
✨ Maintaining and updating customers’ accounts
✨Responding to customers’ complaint, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solutions to the customer
✨Collecting and analyzing customer’s feedback for service improvement.
