JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelor degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science and other related course
•With related experience in NAV Microsoft, Active directory, Network Admin, PABX or similar experience
•With Managerial / Supervisory experience.
•Can start ASAP
•Willing to assign Quezon City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Develop and execute strategic plans to improve the organization’s management information systems (MIS), ensuring alignment with business goals and operational needs.
•Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure—including hardware, software, and networks—to support reliable and efficient system operations.
•Monitor system functionality, troubleshoot technical issues promptly, and provide effective support to users for minimal downtime and service disruptions.
•Ensure the accuracy, security, and confidentiality of organizational data, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and established best practices.
•Collaborate with department leaders to assess data requirements, design reporting tools, and streamline business processes through optimized MIS workflows.
•Analyze system-generated data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities, offering insights that drive evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement.
