JOB DETAILS :
American Travel Booking platform which helps users to book hotel, flight and car rentals using mobile phone anytime and anywhere. This platform is widely used around the world. This Mobile app uses online payment.
Position: Japanese Fraud and Risk Specialist
Company: Contact Center for Travel Account
Account: Travel Booking Platform
Department: Travel Fraud / Travel Scams
Work Onsite: Ortigas, Pasig
Salary: P 100,000 to P 110,000
Schedule: Fixed Day time 9am to 6pm
Days Off: 2 days off (Saturday and Sunday)
What are the requirements of the job:
Must be Filipino who speak Japanese Language
Open to Filipino who speaks English than Japanese
English: 70% and Japanese 30%
Open to JLPT non Passers and No JLPT required
Open to N3, N2, N1 level and No JLPT certificate required
Must have FRAUD experience for 6 months (minimum)
Having experience in fraud is very important for the role
Open to graduates and undergraduates
Applicants having any of these experience can apply:
Fraud, risk, know your customer, money laundering or credit card verification
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Main job is to identify travel fraud online
- Identify if the online listing is fake or scam
- Investigate fake bookings from fake customers
- Check if credit card is stolen or fake
- Investigate payment history and transactions to identify fraud
- Screen if the refund claim is fraudulent
- Identify suspicious payment and bookings
- Screen customer personal data and information to prevent risk
- Escalating fraud activities to the Security team for compliance
