Position: Japanese Logistics Manager
Industry: Logistics Company
Salary: PHP 150,000 - 180,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
Working Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays

Requirements:
✔️Must be Japanese National
✔️Business-level English proficiency
✔️Experience in logistics industry is must
✔️Candidates with 5+ years of management experience are highly preferred
✔️ Willing to work in Makati.

Job Responsibilities:
✔️Supervising and managing cargo transportation across air, sea, and land logistics
✔️Applying knowledge of international trade regulations to ensure proper shipping procedures
✔️Collaborating with team members to improve operational efficiency
✔️Managing relationships with major vendors to enhance quality and cost performance
✔️Providing high-quality logistics solutions to improve customer satisfaction
✔️Actively exploring new sectors and markets to support company growth
✔️Planning and executing strategies to improve profitability

Hiring Process:
✔️ Document screening
✔️ First interview (web)
✔️ Second interview (On-site, interview with the president)
Candidates residing outside the Philippines are expected to attend the second interview in the Philippines.
