This is a well known Japanese traditional restaurant that offers a cozy atmosphere for authentic Japanese cuisine and drinks, blending modern and classic techniques. It features a communal dining atmosphere for casual gatherings, family meals, celebrations and all while embracing Japanese culinary traditions
Position: Japanese Operations Manager (Japanese restaurant)
Industry: Food and Beverages / Japanese Luxury Restaurant
Location: Quezon City
Salary: PHP 100,000–150,000 (depends on your skills and experiences)
Work Set-Up: Onsite
Schedule: Mon - Fri (9:00 AM–6:00 PM)
Days Off: Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday)
Requirements:
✔️Japanese National or Filipinos with native-level Japanese proficiency and residency experience in Japan required
✔️Can speak conversational in English language
✔️Experience in food and beverage industry preferred but not required
✔️Experience working in hotel or restaurants
✔️Willing to work in Quezon City
✔️Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
✔️ Overseeing daily operations, monitoring food and beverage quality, and adhering to safety standards.
✔️Supervising staff, recruiting, training, and onboarding new employees.
✔️Handling customer complaints and monitoring satisfaction levels.
✔️Managing budget, reviewing sales reports, setting pricing strategies, and overseeing cash flow.
✔️Collaborating with the kitchen team to design and refine menus.
✔️Developing marketing strategies, managing social media presence, and organizing special events.
✔️Ensuring compliance with local laws and conducting staff training.
✔️Negotiate lease agreements and maintain positive relationships with tenant owners.
✔️Address any concerns or issues raised by tenant owners promptly and professionally.
