JOB DETAILS :

Japanese Travel company with its headquarters located in Japan. In more than 140 cities overseas and more than hundred branches Globally.
Position: Japanese HR Manager
Industry: Japanese BPO Travel company
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php50,000 - Php70,000 gross
Shift: 9:00 AM -6:00PM (Day shift) Monday-Friday
Work set-up: Onsite work
Requirements:
✅Filipino who can speak Japanese
✅Open to JLPT N1, N2, N3 Passer or Level (No certification required)
✅Handling employees at least 50 to 100 Staff
✅Bachelors graduate is a must
✅Graduate in Human Resource, Business Administration or any related course
✅50 % English and 50% Japanese communication
✅With Experience in recruitment, Onboarding and Interviews
✅Willing to work onsite in Makati
Duties and responsibilities:
✅Responsible for managing the HR department and offering strategic HR insights.
✅Monitor and assist with all HR-related issues, questions, and requests, both internal and external.
✅Manage to coordinate with employees concerns and inquiry
✅Maintaining collections of different employee information and creating reports on general HR assessments.
✅Developing and managing the HR operation effectively and Improvement and maintenance

✅Online interview
✅Online exam
✅Interview with Japanese manager (in Japanese)
✅Final Interview
