REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipino who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin and English
✅Bachelor's degree / finished a 4-year course in college
✅With more than 5 years in BPO or HRO as a Mandarin Bilingual HR Outsourcing expert or Business Analyst
✅With experience and expertise in HR Outsourcing process and design (Payroll process, Benefits Administration, etc)

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅Lead HR outsourcing projects, assessing client HR needs, and designing customized outsourcing solutions.
✅Collaborate with HR leaders, external vendors, and key stakeholders to drive seamless HR service delivery.
✅Serve as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for internal teams, management, and clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and HR objectives.
✅Facilitates working sessions with customers to define business requirements.
✅Assess client HR needs and recommend outsourcing solutions to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
✅Writes detailed business process requirements documents.
✅Implement HR outsourcing processes, including payroll processing, benefits administration, global mobility, and compliance management.
✅Advise clients and internal teams on best practices and process improvements for HRO processes.
✅Utilize HR technology and software to enhance service delivery and streamline HR functions.
✅Act as a liaison between the client and the internal operations team, ensuring alignment with business objectives on both sides.
✅Performs other duties as assigned.
✅Complies with all policies and standards
