Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | (8AM to 5PM) | Mon-Sat

Work Set Up: Work Onsite

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
☑️Proficient in Mandarin and English.
☑️Graduate in Accountancy/Finance course or any related field.
☑️At least 2-5 years of work experience in Accounting related roles.
☑️Experience in doing payroll for employees
☑️Knowledge of computer software such as MS Word, Excel, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
☑️Processed invoices promptly and accurately and cleared prepayments upon invoice posting.
☑️Handle petty cash, do voucher debit and credit, cash flow monitoring, and bank reconciliation.
☑️Monitoring budget comparing actual income and expenses
☑️Audits timekeeping and payroll reports of employees
☑️Filling and handling taxes such as 2550Q, 2550M, 1601E,1601C, etc.
