COMPANY PROFILE: One of the leading BPO Companies, now partnering with the American and Asian leading ride sharing application in the global market.
Position: Mandarin Client Success Specialist
Company Industry: Biggest Contact Center
Work Location: Cubao, Quezon City
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Salary: Php 80,000
Work Set Up: Work On-site
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipino and Fil-Chi who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
✅Open to foreign applicants with permanent visas (13-A and TRV)
✅Open to Bachelor's graduates and undergraduates of any course.
✅BPO and Sales experience is a big advantage
✅Customer Service experience is a big advantage.
✅Can work in a shift schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅Help with outbound calls to restaurants to get help with their Point of Sale set-up
✅Get the restaurant's menu loaded/optimized and eventually be able to consultatively sell them ads or offers to increase their bookings.
✅Managed real-time client concerns, including menu updated, customer escalations, and restaurant schedule adjustments.
✅Proactively contacted restaurants to update menus and address any changes or updates needed.
✅Supports the customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of the products.
✅This position is responsible for processing customer orders and sales, providing/receiving information, selling client products/services, as well as providing basic customer service support.
