Position: Mandarin IT Support Specialist
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Salary: Php 40,000-Php 60,000
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up - 3 months training onsite after that (3 days Office Based/ 2 days WFH)
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Filipino who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin. Also, open to speaking English at a conversational level.
✅With experience working with B2B customer teams.
✅Bachelor’s Degree in IT or any related courses.
✅Basic background on Programming Languages such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript as well as C#, JS, SQL, C++, Java, PHP, and Python.
✅Computer literate and must be able to use a bilingual keyboard.
✅Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs.
✅Experience as a Mandarin Translator / Interpreter and Customer Service
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅Provide the day-to-day global service and support to both internal and external clients through the processing of IT requests and the provision of IT support via Email/Skype or other communication tools.
✅Translate web-based programs and applications created by the web design team into both languages to cover both Chinese dialects.
✅Translate instructional materials to be used by clients.
