Company Profile: One of the leading multinational Pharmaceutical companies in PH that develop vaccines and medicine, they also include in fortune 500 companies. This company is hiring Vietnamese speakers that will support their business in Vietnam.
Position: Vietnamese Accounts Payable Specialist
Industry: Shared Services - Pharmaceutical
Salary: Highly Negotiable
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift, Weekends off
Work setup: Hybrid Setup
Requirements of the job:
✔️ Open for Vietnamese national
✔️ Proficient in English language
✔️ Must be Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or related courses
✔️ With experience in Accounts Payable
✔️ With SAP experience is an advantage but not required
✔️ Open to work to both Project based and permanent job
Responsibilities of the job:
✔️ Responsible of processing day to day accounts payable transaction
✔️ Monitoring of supplier accounts to ensure payments are up to date
✔️ Check the validity of transactions and attachments for compliance with company policies, financial reporting standards, and management requirements
✔️ Perform month-end closing financial related activities
