Position: Mandarin Admin Travel and Dorm Coordinator
Industry: Shared Services
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule
Salary: Negotiable
Work set-up: Work On-Site
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
🔶 Proficient in Mandarin and English.
🔶 Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
🔶 Required skill(s): MS Office.
🔶 At least 1-2 years of working experience in admin support and clerical works.
🔶 Knowledge in MS Office; Word, Excel.
🔶 Amenable to work in Taguig
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
🔶 In charge of overall updating of the travel guidelines from other countries to the Philippines
🔶 Update business trip employee of new travel guide
🔶 Assist the business trip employee with booking dorm, car, or hotel
🔶 In-charge of the check-in and check-out of business trip
🔶 Make sure that welcome package is given to all check-in business trip employee
🔶 Follow up supplier with all repairs needed in the dorm
🔶 Help assist employees book hotel if dorm is not available
🔶 Update corporate rates in BGC and Makati
🔶 Checking of stocks in PPE room (face mask, alcohol and ATK)
🔶 Assisting expats for their health insurance and if they need emergency help
RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

🔶 HR initial screening
🔶 Client’s interview for both English and Chinese Language.
🔶 Hiring Manager for Final interview
