Position: Vietnamese Customer Service Specialist

Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Shifting (2 days off per week, 10 hours/day)

Requirements:
🔸 Vietnamese National currently residing in the Philippines
🔸 Good English communication skills
🔸 Bachelor's degree of any course
🔸 At Least 1 - 2 years experience is an advantage
🔸 Can start as soon as possible
🔸 Willing to work onsite, Makati City

Responsibilities:
🔸 Ensures that basic CS functions are performed
🔸 Serves as a liaison between the customer and various departments
🔸 Actively engage with customers by attending efficiently to their inquiries and concerns via Live Chat/ Email / Phone
🔸 Resolve customer complaints effectively through careful analysis of situations and determination of the required resources for win-win resolutions
