Position: Japanese Procure to Pay Specialist
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Php 120,000 MAX
Schedule: Night Shift (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Set-up: Work From Home

Job Requirements:
✨ Must have at least 2 years experience in Procure-to-pay, procurement or supplier relations
✨ Open to JLPT N3 Passer or Non-Passer
✨ Bachelors degree of any field
✨ Expertise in Partner Portals, Excel, Power BI
✨ Organization, cross-cultural communication, problem solving
✨ Amenable to work in Graveyard shift

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Manage and maintain strong, long-lasting supplier relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all supplier-related issues.
✨ Resolve supplier disputes efficiently and professionally, ensuring minimal disruption to our supply chain operations.
✨ Oversee supplier data management, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all supplier data.
Identify, evaluate and onboard new suppliers, ensuring they meet our stringent quality and service standards.
✨ Successful geographical support for suppliers and campaign resolution
✨ Issue reporting and escalation. Reporting issues to the team
✨ Identifies, develops and deploys industry-leading supplier management, procurement and category management practice
✨ Establishes strong collaborative relationships with Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable and ✨ Data Analytics teams to develop sound operational processes, including a platform for problem resolution to ensure performance measurement objectives are met
