This century-old multinational conglomerate is a leader in HVAC‑R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration) systems. It develops and manufactures industry‑leading air conditioning units, heat pumps, air filtration systems, and refrigerant products entirely in‑house—from research and development to fabrication and distribution.
Position: Japanese Sales Planning Analyst
Company Industry: Aircon Manufacturing
Work Location: Quezon City
Salary: Php 80,000 - 120,000 (Negotiable)
Working Hours: Mon to Friday (8am to 5pm)
Working Set-Up: Onsite in Quezon City
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🍀Native Japanese or Half Filipino Half Japanese
🍀Fluent in English Language
🍀Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field
🍀With experience in sales analysis, Forecasting & production planning
🍀Willing to work in Quezon City
🍀Willing to work onsite
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🍀Analyze historical sales and market data to identify trends and forecast demand
🍀Interpreter from Japanese to English and vise versa between Japanese CEO to Filipino
🍀Develop and maintain forecasting/inventory models at SKU level
🍀Monitor forecast accuracy and refine as needed
🍀Collaborate with sales, finance, marketing, supply chain teams to align strategies
🍀Create regular performance reports and KPIs for leadership
🍀Support inventory planning, including safety stock and phase‑in/phase‑out schedules
🍀Conduct market research and competitive analysis
🍀Assist in annual planning, budgeting, and ad-hoc projects related to sales operations
🍀Conduct quantitative analysis of products and sales trends to identify growth opportunities or issues.
