Position: Japanese Asst. Admin Manager
Industry: Travel Agency company
Salary: Php 60,000 -Php 70,000
Work Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: 8AM - 5PM
Working Set up: Hybrid Set up- Day Shift

Job Requirements:
☑️Open to Filipino with JLPT N1, N2, N3 Passer or Non Passer (No Certificate required)
☑️Must a Bachelor’s graduate in any Business Course
☑️Open to Male and Female
☑️Must have 50% English & 40% of Japanese language
☑️Must have Admin and Supervisor is an advantage
☑️Experience working in a BPO industry is an advantage
☑️With problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
☑️Willing to work onsite
☑️Willing to relocate in Makati

Job Responsibilities:
☑️Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
☑️Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
☑️Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
☑️Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
☑️Implement employee development programs, performance management processes, and training initiatives.
☑️Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
☑️Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to employees and managers.
☑️Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
☑️Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
☑️Maintain health, safety, and emergency procedures in the workplace.
