Position: Mandarin Accounting Specialist
Company Industry: Pharmaceutical Company
Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | 9am-6 pm
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up | 7x onsite/month

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
✨Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with experience in Accounts Payable and General Accounting
✨Having at least 3 years of experience in accounting/finance with a background in the end-to-end Intercompany accounting process.
✨Having experience in shared services, business process outsourcing (BPO), or a similar environment is a big advantage.
✨Team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Responsible for the execution, compliance, and maintenance of Intercompany-related standards, processes, and procedures.
✨Ensure timely and accurate performance of daily Intercompany tasks in compliance with the company rules.
✨Act as the first point of contact in Global Business Services for the local and other counterparts, supporting them in all Intercompany-related requests within the area of responsibility.
✨Provide prompt replies to all emails daily and escalate issues
quickly.
✨Recognize and communicate potential issues/risks with the team and manage special/extraordinary issues and projects.
✨Follow process rules, monitor Intercompany standards, and seek ways to improve the process.
