Position: Japanese Virtual Assistant (PowerPoint Maker - Back Office)

Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 100,000
Work Schedule: Shifting (Rotational/Have graveyard shift)
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Can speak, read, and write Japanese and English (oral and written)
JLPT N1, N2 N3 Passer or Non-Passer
Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of Any Course (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
Can use MS PowerPoint; Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Willing to be trained as training will be provided.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Produces, re-creates, edits, and layouts business presentations and documents using MS Office applications.
Translates content from Kanji to English and vice versa.
Performs page-by-page quality check (red check) to ensure document or presentation is error-free
Documents job progress to ensure that hand-over jobs are completed accurately
Communicate with clients if there are clarifications about their request
