REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Filipino who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin
✅Filipino who can speak English
✅College Undergraduates are welcome to apply
✅Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
✅A good level of organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
✅Ability to quickly learn to use in-house and client software.
✅Capable of responding positively to change and constantly looking for ways to improve existing processes
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅Responsible for data research, market checks, and price negotiation
✅Prepares reports based on analysis of data from multiple sources
✅Ensure KPIs as per client’s requirements are performed correctly and on time – specifically savings target and turnaround time
✅Performs any other instructions given by the hierarchic superior in making short-term strategies of the company, in compliance with the limits of the legal basis
✅Establishes and develops relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and other third parties.
✅Facilitates and coordinates processes and procedures imposed by the client
