Requirements of the job:
✔️ Thai national proficient in English language
✔️ Filipino can speak, write and read in Thai and English language
✔️ Open to Undergraduates but must have Call Center Experience
✔️ Experience in sales, lead generations, or lead qualification is an advantage
✔️ Ability to manage documentation
✔️ Candidate must be willing work in BGC, Taguig
✔️ Can start working as soon as possible

Responsibilities of the job:
✔️ Call partners to promote ongoing deals and incentives
✔️ Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and refer them to the right sales team
✔️ Help with pricing and quotes for partners
✔️ Maintain good relationships with Thai clients, partners, and teams
✔️ Record all calls and activities in the system
✔️ Answer partner questions and assist with portal issues
✔️ Handle basic document requests like brochures and promo details
