JOB DETAILS :
🗃️COMPANY PROFILE: This is a US Based cyber security company. This company has a customer base of almost 50,000 + private companies and government firms and even educational institutions. Their main service is to provide vulnerability assessment software to different organizations around the world.

~ Position: Japanese Customer Success (B2B)
~ Company Industry: American Cyber Security Company
~ Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
~ Salary: Php 150,000
~ Breakdown: Basic: Php 45,000 - Php 50,000 | Language Premium: Php 100,000
~ Schedule: Dayshift (Fixed 9 am to 6 pm)
~ Work Set-up: Work Onsite for 6 months | Work hybrid after 6 months

🗃️JOB REQUIREMENTS:
~ Japanese National or Filipinos with native-level Japanese proficiency and residency experience in Japan required
~ No JLPT required (candidates who are not JLPT passers can apply)
~ Can use Japanese and English at the same time
~ Will handle clients who are Japanese companies and expat firms in Japan
~ Must have work experience as Japanese Customer Success Managers
~ Have handle number of Japanese client companies
~ Can do account management of japanese clients
~ Experience in handling client profiles and portfolios
~ Has experienced business reviews
~ 4 year course in any field preferably Engineering or IT courses
~ Must have B2B experience (preferably IT clients)

🗃️JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
~ Can handle conferences with stakeholders and partners online
~ Handle client Japanese client portfolios
~ Ability to manage account thru constant meetings via call or via chat/email
~ Handle renewal of client company agreements
~ Handle retention and renewal of contracts
~ Attend meetings with partners and clients when needed
~ Handle all concerns, escalation and request of clients
