COMPANY PROFILE: This Software Company provides products and services for software and hardware supplies. It handles product concerns and manages and maintains research and design specifications.
Position: Mandarin Help Desk Associate
Location: South Caloocan City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Mon-Fri at 9am to 6pm)
Industry: Software Company
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set-up: Work On-site
Requirements of the Job:
✅Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin and English
✅Bachelor's Degree in any courses
✅Having technical support experience is a big advantage.
✅Open to no related work experience.
Responsibilities of Job Application:
✅Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
✅Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
✅Walk the customers through the problem-solving process
✅Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
✅Provide accurate information on IT products or Services
✅Follow-up and update customer status and information
