JOB DETAILS :
Company Profile: One of the luxurious hotels here in the Philippines, accommodating local and foreign clients/customers.
Position: Mandarin Procurement Specialist
Industry: Luxury Hotel and Resort
Location: BGC, Taguig
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Salary: Php40,000-Php50,000
Set-up: Work onsite
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who is proficient in Mandarin & English.
✅Bachelor’s Degree holder for any course.
✅With 1 year of related experience.
✅Knowledgeable in using MS Word.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅Responsible in managing the purchase of goods and services for the hotel.
✅Do the inventory management, supplier relations, and contract negotiation to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
✅Evaluate vendors and ensure company always get the right price
✅Responsible for keeping the file or documents for Intventory.
✅Look for a supplier and help with supplier onboarding base on market values, request or have quotation from suppliers.
