Job Responsibilities:
✨ Handle both incoming and outgoing calls
✨Manage customer questions, support, and solve problems including:
• Answer questions about patient payments
• Check remaining balances when patients ask
• Give preapproved discount offers if needed
• Confirm payments made online again
• Fix issues patients have when paying online
• Process patient credit card payments securely online to settle their open bills
• Update the PMS systems when there are changes in insurance or address
• Handle disputes about patient billing statements
• Answer other frequently asked questions — about insurance or clinic issues
✨Other task may be assigned by immediate superior
