Position:‌ ‌ Mandarin Healthcare Specialist

Schedule:‌ Night Shift | but must be flexible

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
☑️Open to Filipino, and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
☑️Open to Fresh Graduates, High School, College Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s Graduates of any courses.
☑️Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
☑️Excellent communication skills for coordinating with caregivers and internal teams.
☑️Experience with similar healthcare scheduling/payroll software is an advantage.
☑️Previous experience in payroll processing, healthcare administration, or a related field is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
☑️Review records to check for discrepancies (e.g., early/late clock-ins or clock-outs).
☑️Ensure all timesheets are completed and finalized by Tuesday at noon each week.
☑️Accept and process timesheets received via email, WeChat texting, physical submission, or text message.
☑️Verify timesheets for accuracy and completeness, ensuring they match the caregiver’s schedule and required signatures.
☑️The employee then must confirm caregiver visits by searching for the caregiver and patient, verifying schedules, and addressing any discrepancies.
☑️If discrepancies exist in the times the caregiver clocked in / out, our electronic medical record, employees must then contact Mandarin speaking caregivers to address flagged issues and request manual timesheet submissions when necessary.
