Position: Spanish Purchase to Pay Analyst
Company Industry: Shared Services
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 75,000
Work Schedule: Shifting schedule
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-Up (Work onsite for the 1st 3 months of training)
Languages: Spanish and English
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✔️ Filipino who can speak Spanish and English, written and oral communication skills
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in any field
✔️ Knowledge of ERP Systems such as SAP, Oracle or Quickbooks.
✔️ Strong communication abilities, experience with relevant ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, knowledge of P2P processes.
✔️ Ability to use Microsoft Excel for data analysis
✔️ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Willing to work in a Night shift schedule
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔️ Receiving and reviewing purchase requests from internal stakeholders.
✔️ Maintaining supplier information and performance metrics.
✔️ Specifying delivery terms, quantities, and payment conditions.
✔️ Reviewing supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance.
✔️ Generating payment files and initiating payments to suppliers.
✔️ Review of invoices from the created payment proposal
✔️ Preparation of Broker Expense Reconciliation
✔️ Preparation of Bank Reconciliation
✔️ Perform other related task if needed
