Position: Japanese Development Project Leader
Company Industry: Software Development Company
Work Location: Cebu City
Salary: Php 120,000 - Php 150,000
Work Schedule: Dayshift or Midshift Schedule
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (2 Days work from home, 3 Days work onsite)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
💻 Japanese Speakers with JLPT N1 or N2 Passer or Level
💻 Native Japanese speakers who need visa Support are welcome to apply
💻 Open conversational Level in English
💻 Preferably Japanese Nationals, but Filipino applicants with Native Level Japanese proficiency and relevant work experience in Japan or Japanese companies are also encouraged to apply
💻 With working experiences using JavaScript, Git and GitHub
💻 2 years or above of team development experiences
💻 With strong communication skills within a team
💻 Preferably with code review, client negotiation, leadership/management, or project management experience
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
💻 Conduct code reviews and implement improvements in collaboration with the Japanese Tech Lead
💻 Understand development policies designed in Japan and communicate them to the Philippine team
💻 Code review and pull request validation
💻 Requirement definition, basic design and detailed design
💻 Manage development progress and report to affiliates and clients
💻 Collaborate and support the development of the Philippine team
💻 Attend and participate in meetings conducted in both Japanese and English
