Responsibilities
✔ Main point of contact of all HR related concerns following the policies and procedures set by the client
✔ Address all the HR related concerns through calls, email and chat
✔ Assist employees and managers in completing their documents, HR systems, policies and procedures, etc.
✔ Responsible in investigating issues raised by client's employee related to incorrect records
✔ Assist employees by providing information pertaining to HR related forms and records
✔ Initiate appropriate action required by HR or employee
✔ Perform other task assigned
